Editor note: Fairly deep nose, nutty and herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes, yellow fruit aromas, floral traces. Ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, some yellow spice, floral and nutty notes, touch of sugar candy and some butter caramel, slightly sweetish, very elegant acidity, light grip, persistent, prominent mineral notes, still young, hint of red berries, touch of yellow spice again on a very good, sweetish, juicy finish.
Best to drink: To 2028+

Denotation for the French wine growing region Alsace. Alsace (or Vin d'Alsace) is also the name of the region's extensive appellation. The other two AOC are Alsace Grand Cru and for the sparkling wines Crémant d'Alsace. These wines account for around 75% of production. Most of them are varietal wines made from 100% of a variety indicated on the label. In the absence of this indication, it is a cuvée of different varieties.
