2016 Alsace AOC Pinot Gris "Les éléments", Alsace, France

Fairly deep nose, nutty and herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes, yellow fruit aromas, floral traces. Ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, some yellow spice, floral and nutty notes, touch of sugar candy and some butter caramel, slightly sweetish, very elegant acidity, light grip, persistent, prominent mineral notes, still young, hint of red berries, touch of yellow spice again on a very good, sweetish, juicy finish.
