Translate to English Vegetabiler, fein-kräuteriger und leicht pilziger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen und etwas Mineralik im Hintergrund. Klare, geschliffene, herb-saftige Frucht im Mund, vegetabile Aromen, feine Säure, auch am Gaumen leicht an Champignons erinnernd, gute Nachhaltigkeit, mittlere Kraft und gewisser Schmelz, ein Hauch Kandis, etwas Mineralik, sehr guter, saftiger und schmelziger Abgang.

Editor note: Slightly muted nose, earthy and vegetal notes, partly dried pomaceous fruit, some red pepper and a hint of caramel, light oak. Full-bodied on the palate, slightly rustic style, vegetal and earthy notes, some oak, very creamy, restrained ripe fruit, becomes more defined and juicy with aeration, peppery traces, good persistence and has some depth, very good finish.
