Sweet yellow fruity and herbal to herbaceous aroma with yeasty and slightly smoky notes, a little nuts and candied notes. Relatively sweet fruit with tart smoky, nutty and dried herbal to tobacco flavours, quite fine mousseux, some phenolic grip, good persistence, delicate bitterness in the background, buttery traces, good to very good, sweet-tart, a touch rough finish.
