Yeasty and herbal fragrance with rather tart yellow-fruity aromas as well as smoky and nutty tones. Ripe, sweetish, juicy, partly candied fruit, clearly yeasty and again also nutty aromas, dried herbs on the palate, a little smoke and tobacco, fine mousseux, slightly creamy, good persistence and substance, very good, sweet finish with tart spiciness.
