Cool, herbal and slightly floral, also yeasty nose with restrained, very bright yellow fruity notes. Delicately nutty and yeasty pome fruit, herbal aromas and moderate floral tones, very fine, youthful perlage, some persistence, a hint of smoke, good, again nutty and somewhat herbal finish.
