Cool, firm and quite noble, delicately floral and somewhat vegetal to ethereal-herbal citrus nose with light dark berry notes as well as nuances reminiscent of artichokes, fennel and butter. Bright, polished, firm fruit with a noticeable acid bite, a hint of redcurrants and some planty spice, crumbly tannins, good persistence, clear minerality, a certain depth, light wood notes in the background, hints of tobacco and smoke on a very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
