Delicately smoky and nutty aroma with yellow fruity, but also a little red and black berry flavours, dried herbs and floral nuances. Cool, not quite dry fruit, fine acidity and grip of yeast and crumbly tannin, nutty flavours, slightly herbal and floral in the background, again a little smoke, good persistence, light mineral tones in the background, still young, very good, lightly juicy and spicy, again relatively cool finish.
