Fairly cool, light, slightly candied citrus nose with light vegetal to dried herbaceous notes, gooseberries and nuances reminiscent of preserved apricots. Clear, taut and bright, very sweet fruit with a hint of caramel and honey, lively yet fine acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, certain depth, salty minerality, delicate floral notes in the background, light honey again, very good, taut, cool, fairly juicy finish with bite.
