Youthful, lightly smoky and a hint of nutty-yeasty aroma with restrained, rather fine yellow fruity notes and a touch of soup herbs. Ripe, somewhat melting fruit with yeasty, nutty and delicately smoky tones, slightly tobacco-like herbal notes and noticeable tannin grip, fine acidity, persistent on the palate, lightly sweet melting, cool minerality in the background, fresh herbal tones, somewhat reminiscent of cucumber, again with soup herbs in the background, hinted yellow spice, very good finish; develops energy again towards the back. Gains over days when exposed to air.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2031+. What our ratings mean
