A hint of smoky, planty to herbaceous and floral aroma with predominantly light yellow fruity flavours, a little white fruit and a hint of bacon. Clear, polished, fairly juicy, cool fruit, very fine, lively acidity and some grip, candy tones in the background, floral and fresh vegetal nuances, a little red fruit in the background, very slightly smoky, delicately tart spice, very harmonious and animating, light minerality, very good, cool, again fairly juicy finish.
