Clear, cool, somewhat fresh-vegetable pome fruit nose with fine nutty and floral nuances. Ripe, juicy, polished fruit, nutty and fresh plant flavours, has a certain alcoholic strength on the one hand, but also cooling and fresh elements, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, moderate melting, tobacco nuances, some depth, a little citrus peel, then also dark berry nuances in the background, very good, firm, light mineral finish.
