Tart, slightly nutty and hints of tobacco and undergrowth on the nose, predominantly dark berries and a few cherries. Sweetish-tart in the mouth, quite juicy fruit with smoky to slightly roasted barrel notes, nutty and earthy tones as well as dried vegetal hints, somewhat sandy tannins, a certain strength and persistence, a hint of salt, citrus traces, in the good, somewhat sandy finish comes through again very light sweetness.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
