Clear, polished, rather cool and bright citrus pomaceous fruit nose with delicate floral and hints of mineral notes, chard, a hint of fennel and smoke. Relatively firm, tart, cool fruit, lively, fine acidity and some grip, nutty and yeasty traces, fine vegetal to herbaceous tones, restrained mellowness, good persistence, smoky to very slightly roasted hints, distinct minerality, firm, fine-juicy, tart and cool finish with tension.
