Cool, somewhat vegetal citrus nose with pome and stone fruit aromas, floral nuances, very delicate peppery tones and hints of wax. Slender, relatively tart, bright, still slightly muted fruit, lively acidity and some tannic grip, yeasty, smoky and vegetal notes, hints of fennel and spring onions, bright minerality, still undeveloped, very good, again rather tart, salty and yeasty finish with bready traces and grip. Doesn't really speak to you yet.
