Tart and reserved, still slightly yeasty aroma with pome fruit aromas, root vegetables, a hint of mushrooms, forest floor, quite distinct minerality and nutty traces. Firmly woven, ripe, somewhat warm, bone-dry fruit, nutty and delicately tobacco tones, also a hint of smoke, fine acidity and crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, has power, some yellow spice, mushroomy and bacon nuances, clear minerality, only slightly noticeable alcohol, which integrates well with air, gains elegance, very good, firm, tart finish with spice and grip.
