Restrained, almost quiet vegetal nose, somewhat reminiscent of celery, with light yellow fruity nuances and mineral hints. Relatively slender, cool and tart fruit, fine, relatively lively acidity, celery and herbs on the palate, floral nuances, very delicate dark berry tones, clearly salt in the background, still undeveloped, very good, tight finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2023 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
