Cool, polished and fresh, light pome fruit nose with a little citrus zest, nutty aromas, very light vegetal notes and hints of minerality. Polished and again relatively cool in the mouth, bone-dry fruit, delicately melting and with very fine acidity, clearly nutty on the palate, yeasty traces, a hint of mushrooms and chanterelles, good persistence, light minerality, hints of smoke, very good, tart, polished finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
