Cool, herbaceous and still a touch yeasty fragrance with restrained, yet very fine yellow fruity aromas, a hint of avocado and floral nuances. Quite firmly woven, juicy, not completely dry fruit, tart planty and hints of nutty spice, smoky traces, also hints of yeast, has grip and lively acidity, good persistence, moderate barrel tones, minerality in the background, has power and elegance at the same time, very good finish, again with grip. Must mature.
