Firm, delicately yeasty and planty to herbaceous citrus stone fruit aroma with floral nuances, hints of yeast and minerality. polished, cool, very sweet fruit, firm and delicately juicy, fresh vegetal to herbaceous notes, again a hint of yeast, persistent on the palate, lively, polished acidity, persistent, good substance and depth, light minerality, still undeveloped, quite complex, very good, firm, juicy, cool finish, again with lots of minerality.
