Somewhat vegetal, nutty and yeasty aroma with restrained, pome fruit accentuated yellow fruit aromas, some minerality, a hint of pepper and floral nuances. Ripe, very slightly warm, bright fruit, clearly nutty and also slightly yeasty tones, dried-vegetable notes on the palate, fine acidity and grip of crumbly-sandy tannin, clear, again rather bright minerality, lasting, has power and a certain melting, floral nuances, very good finish.
