Rather reserved, cool, somewhat herbal and almondy pome fruit scent with a hint of celery. Youthful, bright, slightly sweet fruit with fresh-vegetable nuances and some bacon, lively acidity, delicate grip and some persistence, hints of lime and mint, a hint of salt in the good finish
