Cool, firm, slightly developed nose, light tobacco, nutty and vegetal to ethereal-herbal notes, candied citrus fruit, hint of vineyard peach. Ripe, firm, very sweet, almost concentrated, juicy fruit with a certain acid bite, a hint of redcurrants and slightly minty aromas, has a grip of ripe tannin, dense and persistent, good depth, a little minerality reminiscent of mussel shells, fine root vegetables in the background, also some honey and hints of lavender, very good to long, finely juicy finish with cool planty aromas.
