Relatively cool, clearly vegetal nose with light yellow fruity aromas, yeasty and floral nuances and again light mineral tones. Clear, polished, finely juicy, tart fruit, fresh vegetable, delicately floral and also slightly yeasty tones, persistent on the palate, clear minerality, elegant style, remains cool on the palate, certain depth, nutty traces, very good, firm, tangy-juicy finish with draught. Very skilful
