firm, tart, fairly cool nose, light yeasty notes, prominent mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of almonds, light floral traces. Clear, firm, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, again fairly cool, vegetal and herbaceous notes, touch of yellow spice, yeasty notes, delicate floral notes and some almonds, persistent and concentrated, lively, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide grip, good depth, still undeveloped, sweetish and creamy, quite complex, firm grip and bite on a very good, firm, juicy, still slightly yeasty finish.
