Clear, firm, deep nose, delicate herbaceous and light floral notes, citrus and stone fruit, fairly intense mineral notes, hint of mushrooms. Firm, tart fruit on the palate, intense chalky, salty mineral notes, lively, very elegant acidity, light grip, persistent, full-bodied, but also cool, good substance and depth, still largely undeveloped, slightly creamy, but also has some bite, floral traces, hint of dark berries, quite complex, prominent notes of olive oil on a very good, long finish.
