2014 Würzburg Stein-Harfe Silvaner Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, firm nose with almost youthful yellow fruity aromas and fine vegetal aromas reminiscent of pak choi, a little citrus peel, floral traces, pepper and mineral tones. Clear, rather bright, tart-juicy fruit, again with fine, hint of cabbage-like vegetal flavours, very fine, quite lively acidity, nutty and almost a little yeasty hints, moderate grip, quite dense and persistent on the palate, has elegance and polish, chalky minerality, again some citrus peel in the background, good depth, very good, firm, fine-juicy, tart finish with a certain tension. Makes the impression that it can still mature with profit.
