Reife, recht saftige Frucht im Mund, kräuterig-pflanzliche und ein wenig hefige Töne, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig, recht griffig, deutliche mineralische Würze, sehr guter, süßlich-saftiger und wieder mineralischer Abgang.
