Firm, tart, black berry aroma with dried planty aromas, some black olives and root vegetables with floral traces and a little malt. Very tart dark fruit with plenty of acid bite and present, somewhat sandy tannins, dried-vegetable nuances, slightly nutty barrel tones, some undergrowth and earthy notes, good persistence, lots of power but also cooling elements, salt in the background, some austerity, firm, tart, slightly drying finish.
