Nutty and dried floral aroma of partly preserved yellow fruit with some yellow spice, smoky woody notes and vegetal to herbal aromas. Warm, partly candied and dried yellow fruit with some sweetness and yellow spice, slightly toasty woody notes, some acidity and some tannin, good persistence, noticeable alcohol, cooling mineral hints in the background, good to very good, spicy and again a little sweet finish.
