Cool, finely acidic nose of red berries with citrus nuances, some yeast and vegetal to herbal notes. Quite sweet, juicy fruit, fine perlage, delicate grip, certain persistence, fresh vegetal tones, a little mint, again also yeasty tones, fine phenolics and a certain bite, good, again quite sweet finish.
