Relatively cool nose of yellow fruit with light smoky, nutty and vegetal to herbaceous notes. Straightforward, juicy, not quite dry fruit with cool vegetal flavours and a hint of candy, quite lively acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, good, only very slightly bitter finish.
