Ripe core fruit aroma with a hint of citrus peel, nutty undertones, and herbal notes reminiscent of celery. Quite fresh, juicy, firm fruit, vibrant acidity, and some grip, nutty tones, a touch of yeast, chalky in the background, certain sustainability, delicate, subtly sweet melt, good to very good finish.
