Somewhat nutty and vegetal to herbaceous pomaceous fruit nose with a hint of citrus zest and tobacco and mushroomy traces. Cool fruit with lots of pear and some citrus zest, also leafy-vegetable tones reminiscent of celery, fine acidity, chalky and salty notes, a hint of red berries, moderate tannin, good to very good, still a little drying, but juicier with air on the finish.
