Clear, quite cool and polished citrus scent with pome fruit notes, fine herbal nuances, delicate barrel tones, nut butter and mushrooms. Clear, quite firm, quite dry, yet quite juicy fruit, nutty and restrained barrel-woody tones, some light root vegetables on the palate, very fine acidity, delicate grip and delicately creamy, completely dry style, very good, somewhat nutty and smoky, again also quite juicy finish.

Best to drink: 2024-2027+. What our ratings mean
