Cool and rather tart, clearly vegetal nose with bright yellow fruity notes, a hint of currants and also currant leaves. Clear, juicy, a hint of sweet fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, vegetal aromas, slightly nutty on the palate, also a little floral, in the background also blackberry hints, a little smoke, ethereal-herbal nuances, good to very good finish with melting and salt.
