Somewhat planty to vegetabley pome fruit aroma with nutty, yeasty notes and delicate barrel tones. Clear, polished, tart-juicy, rather cool fruit, very fine, quite lively acidity and some grip, delicately smoky and light nutty barrel tones, persistent on the palate, vegetal nuances, very fresh butter, good to very good, cool finish.
