Fine, vegetal nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas, a hint of herbs, citrus skin and restrained, somewhat nutty barrel notes. Clear, finely juicy fruit with vegetal to herbal, nutty and very light smoky notes, fine acidity, moderate tannin, a little root vegetable on the palate, lemony notes and zesty tones, hints of apricots, some parsley, fresh marjoram and spring onions, chalky nuances, good to very good finish.
