Cool, light pear nose with nutty, hint of smoky oak and light vegetal notes. Clear, quite juicy, yet tart fruit, very fine acidity, nutty wood flavours and some root vegetables, a hint of citrus zest, yeasty notes, chalk and salt in the background, some depth, very good, again quite juicy finish with a fine bite, mineral notes and grip.
