Yeasty, herbal and nutty aroma with tart yellow fruity aromas, floral hints and a little yellow spice. Clear, fine-juicy, tightly knit, bright fruit, fine acid bite and grip of ripe tannin, smoky hints, persistent, clear minerality, cool and tart style, going a little in the natural wine direction, very good, tart-juicy and again very grippy finish with nutty spice and a hint of tobacco.
