Still a little closed, firm, vegetal, delicately light-woody and clearly yeasty fragrance with restrained, light yellow-fruity notes, nutty tones, chalk and a hint of smoke. Astringent, restrained, light fruit in the mouth, still a bit subdued, light wood, vegetable and yeasty aromas, some herbs and a hint of pepper, noticeable tannin grip, good substance and persistence, quite clear minerality, very good, again tart finish. Absolutely needs some more time
