Cool nose, light nutty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yeasty and smoky notes, light yellow fruit, light earthy and mineral notes. Clear, elegant, juicy, fairly polished fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, slightly creamy, light nutty and smoky notes, vegetal notes reminiscent of pulses, good persistence, earthy and mineral traces, slightly noticeable warm alcohol.
