Cloudy lemon yellow. Slightly reductive, yeasty, and distinctly mild nose with mushrooms, a bit of green apple, citrus nuances, and floral traces. Nutty-yeasty and slightly smoky fruit, plenty of herbal spice, very fine acidity, and ample grip of dry tannin, a hint of carbonation, dried-herb tones, a touch of butter, certain sustainability, good to very good, bitter finish.
