Herbaceous, nutty and distinctly vegetal, with a hint of buttery aroma and core fruit notes, as well as restrained citrus notes. Cool, finely juicy, yet completely dry fruit, yeasty and distinctly vegetable aromas, also some leafy notes, a little mushrooms, butter and a hint of bacon, quite lively acidity, somewhat muted on the palate, good sustainability, chalky-earthy tones, good to very good finish.
