Somewhat nutty and yeasty, very delicately smoky aroma with pome fruit notes, a little pointed cabbage as well as bacony hints. Lean, tart fruit, yeasty, nutty and vegetal aromas, noticeable acidity, clear, crumbly-sandy tannin, good persistence, smoky hints again, some salt, chalky nuances, good to very good, slightly nutty finish.
