Translate to English Säuerlicher Duft von schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen mit zartherber Würze. Ziemlich saftige Frucht mit feinem Tannin und etwas Kohlensäure, etwas marmeladige Art, schön zu trinken, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, recht gute Struktur, guter, leicht adstringierender Abgang. Ich bin kein Freund der Maischeerhitzung, aber hier stimmte in jedem Fall das Ausgangsmaterial.
