Translate to English Pilziger und leicht aschiger Duft nach feuchter Erde, nassem Holz und gelagertem Wurzelgemüse. Nussig und pilzig auch im Mund, kohlig-gemüsige und hefige Noten, etwas Griff, mittelfeine Perlage, gewisse Süße, aber auch zartes Bitter, etwas Eiweiß im Hintergrund, ein wenig gedeckt, tabakige und erdige Nuancen, ordentlicher Abgang mit einer Spur Rauch.
