Astringent, somewhat vegetable and slightly fungal fragrance with restrained yellow fruity and hinted floral notes. Fruity and somewhat planty to herbaceous in the mouth, delicately fungal and also floral tones, lively acidity, a little tannin, very delicate sweetness, certain persistence, a hint of dark berries, tones reminiscent of rocket, good to very good finish with bite and slight bitterness
