Cool nose, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yeasty notes, citrus, apple and some stone fruit. Yeasty and vegetal notes again on the palate, delicate nutty aromas, partly candied, slightly off-dry fruit, fairly fine mousse, slightly persistent, buttery traces in the background, good finish.
