2020 Brut Nature PIWI "Chapeau!", Saxony/Sachsen, Germany

Cool, somewhat planty and yeasty nose with restrained white and yellow fruity notes as well as nutty and mushroomy traces. Bright, restrained, quite dry fruit, mushroomy, somewhat planty and smoky-specky tones, again also yeasty aromas, relatively fine perlage, very slightly sandy tannin, certain persistence, delicate bitterness, relatively firm structure, good to very good, again slightly smoky finish.
