Somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and slightly bacony pomaceous and stone fruit aroma with a hint of red berries and woodruff. Clear, juicy, delicately sweetish fruit with nuances reminiscent of pears, raspberries and mint, lively acidity, light tannic grip, salty tones, hints of pepper on a good finish.
